Here is a case study of work we have done for clients:
SOS-Boca.com
is a website we developed for an interior design workroom in Boca Raton, FL (USA).
Objective:
Working with the owner we put together a plan to automate certain key business processes. To fit their budget and offer the desired results the website incorporates a number of third party features for customer appointment scheduling, online payment processing (for paying invoice balances), a customer satisfaction survey form, and a click-to-call phone solution.
Marketing:
In addition to the main website we created a company blog, http://sos-boca.com/workroom, where staff members can easily author posts (easy as writing an email) about the projects the company is working on. As a marketing initiative, the company now has the goal of becoming a top website for interior design tips and information in Boca Raton.
Further, we collaborated to develop a direct marketing campaign using Google Adwords to pull in new local business. The Google Ads point to special landing pages that use direct marketing style hardcopy to move the visitor to a specific action. When the visitor takes action, the campaign percisely tracks results with special outgoing links. Thus we are able to provide our client with exact information about ad conversion rates, saving them money.
